Founder

Jordan Stouffer

Hitting Coordinator · Program Director

Jordan Stouffer is the driving force behind Hitting For Power's training methodology. With a deep background in hitting mechanics and player development, Jordan has built a system grounded in the science of movement, rotational power, and competitive preparation. Jordan has coached at every level of the game — including professional, college, and high school — bringing a rare breadth of experience to every athlete he works with.

His approach centers on the whole athlete — understanding that elite performance requires more than technical adjustments. Jordan works with high school and college hitters to identify the specific mechanical, physical, and mental pieces holding them back, then builds an individualized roadmap to unlock their ceiling.

Known for his ability to communicate complex biomechanical concepts in ways players can immediately apply, Jordan specializes in developing game-ready, adaptable hitters who can handle high velocity, cover all zones, and produce consistent hard contact under pressure.

Joel Anderson

Player Development · Skills Coach

Joel Anderson brings energy, precision, and a player-first mindset to every session at Hitting For Power. A successful college player himself and current high school coach, Joel understands firsthand the mental and physical demands placed on hitters at every stage of their development.

Joel specializes in the day-to-day development work that compounds into real results — drilling proper movement patterns, reinforcing approach and mentality at the plate, and helping athletes build the confidence that separates good hitters from great ones.

His ability to connect with players on a personal level — rooted in his own experience as a player and coach — makes him an invaluable resource in the mentorship side of the HP system. Joel is dedicated to seeing every athlete reach their individual potential and staying committed to the process required to get there.
